(1) What data do GLUG collect?
GLUG collects Personal Information if you complete a form on the GLUG website such as the membership form or subscribe to our mailing list. This information is limited to your name, email address, address, contact details, diving related information. Your details are kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. We may share information to closely affiliated and trusted organisations, but we will never do so without your explicit consent, which is given in the marketing permission section on the mailing list sign up form. You have the right at any time to withdraw the consent via the "update preference" link or to unsubscribe to our mailing list all together via the "unsubscribe" link at the footer of our emails. (2) How to contact us for any questions or to withdrawing consent?
If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy or the practices of our data processing, or wish to withdraw your consent for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Information, or ask us for a copy of the Personal Information or to request to erase any Personal Information we hold about you, we please contact us by sending an email to committee@glug.co.uk.

Certain third-party service providers, such as payment processors or social media websites, have their own privacy policies in respect of the information that are required to provide to them in order to use their services. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by GLUG directly, and it does not apply to your use of a third-party website or service accessed. For these third-party service providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand the manner in which your Personal Information will be handled by such providers before proceeding to use them.
