Questionnaire Deadline

Well, after and overwhelmingly poor response to the questionnaire, it is time to draw it to a close so that the responses I do have can be analysed and compiled into an anonymised set of things for the committee to chew over next week.
To those who have taken the time to reply in whatever form, a huge thank you for putting in the effort and taking the time to do so - it is appreciated.
And, for the significant majority who have yet to return a questionnaire, if you wish to have any sort of say on what is good, bad and ugly about the club or have an input to the future direction of the club, this is your last chance…
I don’t care how people get their answers back to me, it’s nothing less than a bit messy I know so; pdf, print files, screen grabs, word version or even typing the numbered answers into an email, all are fine with me.
The downloads are pdf version and Word version.
