Brighton Pride – Initial Rota

Hi Gellow GLUGgers,
Here is the Rota as it stands – if any more of you can help out it would be FAB!
10:00 – 11:00 Brian and Alan
11:00 – 12:00 Brian, Alan and Doug
12:00 – 13:00 Doug and Martin S
13:00 – 14:00 Doug, Martin S, Jeff and Helen
14:00 – 15:00 Jeff, Anna, Lesley and Charlie
15:00 – 16:00 Martin C-B and Corinne
16:00 – 17:00 NO VOLUNTEERS!!!!!!
17:00 – 18:00 Brian and Alan
I should be around for most of the day, and with the weather forecast the way it is, I would expect that more GLUGgers will be able to take advantage of the cover on the Stall, and thus will be able to help out!
If your name is not on the list, but would like to “pick a slot” please let me know ASAP, equally if you are on the list but the time slot is inconvenient, give me a call on or leave a comment here.

Hi Doug,
I had already volunteered, but my name seems to have fallen off the list. I was on the list that Caroline posted on July 15th. I said I could do a two hour slot, sometime between 1 and 4. Sorry I can’t be more flexible.

I have not yet volunteered. I am a member of Glug although I have never met anyone or done anything about it but wondered whether I could change that and could potentially do that five o’clock slot with someone?
