   Thanks Neil and Anna.

   The practical was hard. Assembling a shot from a DSMB, then running a distance line, and then doing the DSMB lesson with dummy students. Lots of task loading. Never realised it was such hard work !

   Now, time to put something back into my club and help with the training. That is what it is all about.
